Maqalat Tariqat Ahwal Wa Athar Hazrat Shah Abd al-Aziz Muhaddith Dehlwi

A biography of Shah Abd al-Aziz Muhaddith Dehlwi 1746-1824. The author began writing this work in in the year 1290 AH and finished in 1291 AH. The work was then published in 1292 AH/1875. This was the second work to be authored on the life of Shah Abd al-Aziz. The first work Kamalat Azizi was authored by Mubarak Ali Khan Merathi in 1872. Sayyid Zahir al-Din made additions to Kamalat Azizi and had the work republished. Muhammad Iqbal Mujaddidi has did the tahqiq of this work Maqalat Tariqat. As the work was only printed once in 1875 it took him over thirty years to locate a copy which he found in the personal library of Hazrat Mawlana Abd al-Halim Chisti.
